What you get and how it works, step by step:

  • Choose the desired number of Online Coaching sessions (6 or 12)

  • Get in touch: After the purchase, I'll immediately contact you at the Email address provided to book our assessment call (optional) OR, if you already have a workout plan, schedule our first session, based on your convenience

  • Assessment Video Call (optional but INCLUDED): We'll discuss your goals in detail, and I'll collect every information I need on your current state and fitness level to carefully craft your Tailored Workout (included in your Online Coaching Plan) and schedule our first session, based on your convenience (I strongly encourage a video call for better clarity and to get a visual clue of your situation, but if for any reason you don't like it, a voice call or a conversation via text messages/WhatsApp also works)

  • After scheduling our first session, you'll have the option to schedule the following ones on the spot, or schedule session after session to accommodate your busy lifestyle and convenience changes. I offer maximum flexibility.

  • The Online Session: I'll follow your workout on my laptop, via Zoom call (or Skype, Google Meet... whatever you prefer). Every session is 1 hour long.

  • FREE Continuous Support: You will have complete and continuous support every step along the way. You will be able to ask me about ANY doubt you have, every time you need. You'll have my number.

  • Online Coaching Perks: I'll carefully follow you during each session, keeping you motivated and correcting you on the spot to aim at perfect form. You can, of course, ask me anything during our session, and if for any reason you don't like an exercise, or I see it's not appropriate for you, I'll offer you an immediate replacement. No more time wasted, no more guesswork.
